Prepare and review your request

Have your name, city, email and phone number ready, along with the legal area and urgency. A short description, relevant letter or document, and insurance information are optional.

1. Ask your assistant to help organize the facts. Check that the details are accurate.
2. Open the relevant intake form, review the privacy policy and submit when you are ready to share your request.
3. Enter the six-digit code sent to your email. Processing starts only after verification.
4. Follow progress using your private case link. A submitted request is not yet an accepted match.

For agent developers

The public JSON service catalog includes current form requirements, choice values and intake URLs. An OpenAPI document describes that read-only endpoint. A text index links to our public content.

Intake works through standard HTML forms, including without JavaScript. There is no public case-submission API or MCP server. The catalog does not expose client records, lawyer contact details or real-time availability.

• Choose the closest practice area and open its intake_url, or use the general intake for other matters.
• Have the client review the details and authorize sharing them under the linked privacy policy before submitting.
• Use the rendered form and its CSRF cookie/token, form_ts and entry_page; leave the hidden website field empty.
• Never put personal details, case descriptions, documents or verification codes in URL query parameters.
• Submit once, then have the client enter the email verification code on the returned page.
• A successful submission awaits email verification; verification starts processing, not a confirmed match.
• Keep private status links and verification codes private; use the case page for progress.

Use the form as rendered, including its hidden fields and CSRF token. Allow at least 3 seconds between loading and submitting it. Existing rate limits and email verification apply to assisted requests too.
